Our Services
Preventive Dental Checkup
At our clinic, we emphasize the importance of regular dental checkups and dental hygiene. With routine visits to the dentist, dental care becomes more effective and cost-efficient. The goal of a preventive dental checkup is to identify any dental issues in their early stages.
Our aim is to help you maintain healthy teeth for as long as possible, which is why we always remind you of the importance of prevention.
Tooth pain, cavities
Tooth pain and cavities are the most common reasons for visiting the dentist. Whether it’s pain, sensitivity to touch, or swelling, we are here to help. Our care begins with a thorough examination, followed by a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Need a filling? Our white fillings look completely natural! Laser treatment is completely pain-free and ensures perfect removal of cavities.
Dental Surgery
Dental surgery is a specialized field of dentistry. We surgically address any issues within the oral cavity. However, we only opt for surgery when it is truly necessary and unavoidable. Dental surgery requires a high level of expertise and experience. The most common surgical procedure we perform is the extraction of wisdom teeth. We also handle dental cyst surgeries, gum surgeries, tumor removal, and frenectomy. Thanks to modern technologies and lasers, procedures are faster, recovery is shorter, and pain is minimal.
Dental Prosthetics
Losing a tooth or part of a tooth is never pleasant. Teeth are most commonly lost as we age, due to injury, or as a result of tooth decay. Missing teeth can be replaced with implants, crowns, veneers, ceramic fillings, or removable dentures. Dental prosthetics helps us find an individualized solution that is both aesthetic and functional. It is a complex, specialized field of dentistry that requires a comprehensive approach and experience with potential complications. At microDENT, you can address all your needs in one place—there’s no need to visit multiple dentists. We use modern, highly aesthetic materials to ensure long-lasting results.
Periodontics
Periodontitis, commonly known as gum disease, is most often characterized by bleeding and swelling of the gums, sometimes accompanied by unpleasant breath. The disease is typically chronic and affects the tissues responsible for anchoring the tooth in the bone. As these tissues are damaged, the tooth becomes loose, and if left untreated, it can lead to the loss of multiple teeth. In cases of severe damage, the tissues cannot regenerate to their original state, making early intervention and prevention extremely important.
The goal of treatment is to preserve the remaining teeth and replace lost teeth in a way that restores both the function and aesthetics of your smile, helping you feel comfortable and confident once again. Thanks to the modern technologies we use at our clinic, we are able to treat even the most severe cases of periodontitis. Periodontitis is caused by plaque buildup, so the foundation of preventing this condition is thorough, professional, and regular oral hygiene.
Teeth Whitening
Not satisfied with the color of your teeth? Fortunately, we now have the ability to easily enhance what nature has given us, even with its small imperfections. At microDENT, we prefer a combined approach to teeth whitening. Based on impressions of your teeth, we will create custom trays using a modern 3D printer. Whitening gel is applied to the trays, which you wear for several hours a day, ideally while you sleep. After 14 days of at-home whitening, you will visit us for a final in-office cleaning. This method ensures maximum and longer-lasting results.
Root Canal Treatment – Endodontics
Endodontics is a specialized, complex procedure that requires advanced technical equipment and an experienced dentist. Rest assured, it is a pain-free treatment.
We perform this procedure using dental microscopes, ensuring that even the smallest areas, such as root canals, are treated with the highest quality. Endodontic treatment is necessary for several reasons. Trauma or prolonged exposure to tooth decay and bacteria in the pulp cavity can cause the tooth nerve to die. In this phase, endodontics is essential; without it, the infection would spread, damaging the surrounding tissue, the tooth socket, and potentially reaching other organs via the bloodstream. Thorough removal of the dead tissue and treatment of the root canals will save the tooth, preventing the need for extraction .
Dental Hygiene
Dental hygiene is a preventive method where our specialist removes tartar, plaque, and pigmentation caused by coffee, tea, or smoking. Maintaining healthy teeth is essential for preventing serious health issues. The treatment also includes fluoride application and guidance on proper brushing techniques. Dental hygiene naturally whitens teeth and simplifies the work for the dentist. It is important for both acute and chronic conditions and is often recommended prior to other procedures. In cases of periodontitis (gum disease), dental hygiene is crucial and can often prevent the need for surgical intervention.
Aesthetic Dentistry
Clients are placing increasing importance on the aesthetics of their smile. If you wish to improve the alignment, symmetry, or shape of your teeth, we can help. We can carefully reshape your teeth, apply white photocomposite fillings (“fillings”), and enhance their appearance with veneers. In aesthetic dentistry, we address imperfections that bother you. We believe that less is more, and we approach aesthetic treatments individually, based on each client’s needs and preferences. However, we always respect the boundaries of natural appearance to ensure that your oral health is not compromised.
Pediatric Dentistry
At our clinic, children receive top-quality care in a friendly environment. Avoid long waiting times – we prioritize treating children, especially in urgent cases. We want children to have a positive experience, so we guide them through the clinic and let them try out our tools. A visit to the dentist can be fun! Regular visits starting from the age of 2-3 years help prevent dental issues. The presence of a parent during the examination is always welcome.
Fixed Dentures
When all teeth are lost in advanced age, patients are often dissatisfied with the poor retention of removable dentures, which reduces comfort during use. Removable dental prosthetics are tailored to fit the conditions in the mouth, which are not always favorable for secure and comfortable retention. Moreover, in older age, the quality and thickness of the bone where implants are placed is reduced. In our clinic, we recommend a solution in the form of mini implants (MDI – mini dental implants) for such cases. These implants are much smaller than traditional ones, making them suitable for use even when the bone is thinner or of lower quality. Often, dental prosthetics that patients—especially seniors—are already accustomed to can be adapted to mini implants, maintaining both function and aesthetics.
